Anne W. Burrell has worked as a chef, TV host in America and a teacher at Institute of Culinary Education. She is host of Secrets of a Restaurant Chef on the Food Network. With her trademark spiky blond hair and her pumped-up appearance, Anne Burrell eliminates the intimidation of restaurant dishes and reveals concise easy-to-master techniques for the at-home cook in her Food Network show Secrets of a Restaurant Chef. Chef Burrell is also a part of some of New York's top restaurants, has learned about the Italian food and culture and has was a contestant on Food Network's Iron Chef America. Early on, while growing up in New York's upstate region, Burrell became passionate about food and cooking.
